Below are the delivery services we offer to get you your purchased hair product order straight to your door. This page will display what day to expect your order for each delivery option and this will change depending on the time of day you look at it for the options available (and the cut-off times for each day).
Standard Delivery (Within UK) – This takes approximately 2-3 working days (if you order before 12 noon!) £4.00.
Free Delivery (Within UK) – Spend Over £40.00.
EU Delivery; This takes approximately 3-10 working days – £6.00.
AMERICA Continent Delivery; This takes approximately 3-10 working days- £12.00.
AFRICA Continent Delivery; This takes approximately 3-10 working days – £49.99.

We do not deliver on Sundays or English Bank Holidays.
Orders placed after the relevant cut off time will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day.
Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after the relevant cut-off time on Friday will not be processed until Monday.
Larger deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbor to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained. If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbor or at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is.
Where a signature is given by someone other than you or the parcel is left at your local post office, the order will be treated as having been delivered.
You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if that is more convenient for you.
All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.
Customers are advised that express delivery is not available for orders from the Channel Islands, Scottish Islands or BFPO addresses.
